Easy Broccoli Steak Salad

Please follow and like us:

This delicious and hearty salad is a great option for summer meals, especially when you have steak left over from a grill-out or a special night out! It pairs well with our Japanese Ginger Dressing, which gives it an Asian flair.

The nutritional information assumes two lunch-size servings, but the whole recipe could serve one person a heartier amount. Note that the nutritional content lists the salad and the dressing separately! And be sure to see our Products We Love page for the perfect indoor grill and steamer, not to mention a great (and inexpensive) all-purpose paring knife.

Broccoli Steak Salad
This healthy salad keeps well and gets better as it marinates, unlike other salads and slaw, where the dressing is best kept separate until serving. The only thing to keep separate until meal time is the cherry tomatoes, which will taste best if they have not been refrigerated.
